Sundance Appreciation Event at the Woodfield Manor
We’re here at the Woodfield Manor in the Poconos Mountains, of Pennsylvania. This is Sundance Vacations first live blog. Sundance Vacations is holding their third customer service appreciation event. Dozens of customers have come out for a casual dinner and drinks to tell us what we are going great, and what we could do better. We asked customers what advice they had to offer to new clients who are considering Sundance Vacations. Check out what they had to say below.

Everything is great. I would really appreciate if they could mail the excess inventory list because I have no Internet access at this time. We’re excited to be here on this Fall day. The units are beautiful! Thanks Sundance Vacations!
We’re pretty new customers ourselves. But, the Woodfield Manor is very nice, quiet, and secluded. Great getaway from all of the stress. The units are very clean, and the bar and restaurant are gorgeous. We’re excited to be here.
Sundance Vacations program is fantastic. Everyone is always so helpful, and we look forward to taking another vacation this year.
I’ve been on board for 10 years now, and I don’t have one complaint. I encourage everyone to join. The program is phenomenal. The Woodfield Manor is very relaxing. With its location in the Pocono Mountains, it gives my family and I the opportunity to do a lot of sight-seeing. Today we went to Hershey and Gettysburg, and did a lot of touring. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings. Thanks Sundance.
Everyone should know how great this program is. We went to book and the agent was very helpful and worked with us until we were satisfied.
I was not a Woodfield last night, but I was there in the winter. The trees were covered with snow, it was so beautiful!! The property is fantastic, the staff is extremely friendly and the restaurant has great food!
I’ve visited Woodfield Manor in the spring, summer, fall and winter and each season has its own unique beauty. There is so much to do in the Poconos and its surrounding area or just relax in one of the beautiful, cozy units complete with a fireplace. Don’t forget to have dinner in Woodfield’s fabulous restaurant…you won’t be disappointed.
Last night was a great time. Thank you so much Sundance Vactions. EVERYONE should know that Sundance’s prices are great. If you don’t know what you want, you’ll be sure to find exactly what you want with Sundance Vacations. I am very satisfied. The Woodfield Manor is great. When I look out of my window, I can see an old fireplace that must have been left from a burned down house. It has a nostalgic, emotional feeling about it. The old farmhouses in the Pocono’s are breathtaking. It is such a change from North Jersey. Thanks again!!
When you live in the Pocono’s or the surrounding area, you take for granted the beautiful scenery. I was so happy that many customers were able to remind me of why I love living in Pennsylvania. As the sun set for the day and the light hit the tree tops and reflected off of the colorful fall leaves it was breathtaking. All of the customers very great, and it was nice to meet everyone. The Woodfield Manor has so much to offer with its secluded surroundings and private units. The food was also fabulous. The Chophouse is right on site, so you never have to leave. If you haven’t already, be sure to visit the Pocono Mountains, there is so much to see and do!
My husband and I were just talking about what a great time we had last week at Woodfield Manor. This was our first experience with Sundance Vacations
and we were very impressed with the entire event. Woodfield Manor is not only beautiful but cozy and
comfortable as well. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. The folks from Sundance Vacations were able to answer all of our questions and made us feel welcome. Our thanks to Tina, Judy, Nicole, Rich, Keith, and Amanda for giving us such a wonderful night out. We are looking forward to planning our first of many vacations with Sundance.

[...] <p>I enjoyed the opportunity to talk one-on-one with several Sundance Vacations travelers during the third Sundance Vacations customer appreciation party held at Woodfield Manor last week. At the sales offices we seldom get to followup with those we brought into the program. Events like these at Woodfield Manor are a real boost for our efforts to bring people into the wonderful world of Sundance Vacations. Nice Job !!
Me and my husband went to the Woodfield Manor last March -08. We were celebrating our Anniversary which was in November, my husband’s birthday, also in November, my birthday in March and of course Valentine’s day in February. I was told by several people how beautiful the place was and what a wonderful job Tina Dowd had done with this one but I was beyond surprised when I saw it for myself. The staff was so friendly. The rooms were beautiful. But the best thing was being woken up at 8am by Keith and Joanne, the people who run the Manor by knocking on our door and having a basket of muffins on the door step. We had to hurry up and grab the muffins before the deer did. I tell everyone I speak with what a wonderful place this is.
I haven’t been to the Woodfield Manor yet but im so excited to go there i’ve heard so many great things about it and the pictures on the http://www.planwithtan.com website are wonderful. Take a peek .
Aisha,
I have been to Woodfield Manor many times for business sad to say not for fun yet though. I have had the opportunity to see Woodfield Manor through all four seasons and let me tell you it is spectacular! I love going to Woodfield Manor in the fall because just the drive there is amazing. Seeing all the trees is beautiful. Keith and Joanne are amazing and I have seen them be so kind to the travelers! Woodfield should definitely be added to the places to go list!!
Woodfield Manor sounds absolutely wonderful!! I can’t wait to visit…hopefully a long weekend of relaxation is in my near future!!!
Woodfield Manor is beautiful. It’s in a very quiet area, and is very close to a number of activities. I have to agree with Pam, the restaurant alone is worth the visit. I’m a picky eater, and there was not a thing on their menu that I did not enjoy. It was a great night, and it was very nice to interact with the clients and put a face to the voices that we hear on the phone each day with clients. It was a very nice and very successful evening, and I am glad that I could be a part of it.
