How do you destress? Does vacationing really help you keep your mind off your everyday problems?

Vacationing is a great stress reliever. But sometimes when you are on vacation you can tire yourself out from all the fun activities. Be sure when vacationing to plan one day of nothing but relaxation! Treat youself to one full day of sleeping in, laying around and just taking in the surroundings.
congrats!! to king of prussia on there stevie award
I took your advice and booked an excess inventory weekend in williamsburg va. I can’t wait a much needed getaway!!
My husband and I actually just took a little “staycation” out at the Woodfield Manor and I’ll tell you what, you don’t realize sometimes how much you just need to get out of your own house! While we both were still commuting to work from the resort, (an interesting story in and of itself), the place was gorgeous, the service excellent, and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere was just what we needed. When you combine this with my amazing vacation in the outer banks last year I can’t wait to actually take another big vacation this summer! Besides, after going 10 years without one, taking 3 vacations in one year isn’t too much…is it?
