I think one of the most important values that a person can incorporate into both their personal life and work ethic is “self-respect”. You need to believe in your self before other will believe in you. You need to take care of yourself before you can take care of others. Many people who lack “self-respect” lack respect for others. We need to respect ourselves so we can respect everyone around us such as co-worker and clients.

I believe in the “work smart” not hard. Always have, nothing like making full time pay working part time hours.
as long as you can talk to people it works so well
