Sundance Employees Lend A Hand

At the Olde York Street Fair in the beginning of May, our permission marketing staff was on site when a man in his motorcycle tipped over.  The man drives around York daily with his two Bassett Hounds on either side of him.  David Ausem, a staff member based in East Stroudsburg, PA, jumped to action immediately to help out.  Biker_bassett The man, who turned out to be a public figurehead around York, was not seriously injured, but still received as much help as our staff could give him.  David and Rich Tokar stayed with the man, making sure that he was all right, while manager Scott Brunnenmeyer took the dogs home for him.

It’s awesome to know that these three were there to help, and rose to the occasion!

Hats off to the Sundance team. It’s so nice to see that there are such good people in the world. I wish there were more people like you.

It’s nice to see that when in a time of need our staff will reach out to help the person in need. That’s another reason I am honored to work for Sundance Vacations, it’s because the staff will do anything to help anyone. Most people would just stand there and laugh at the peron instead of helping.

I am happy to hear that the gentleman is fine. Certainly, when we “make every person we see feel like they are the most important person we know and we treat them as such”* as was clearly done in this situation, it not only shows that we strive for excellence, but we also do it with some class. Very commendable!!

Good job to our Sundance team. And thank goodness that the man was okay. It is great to see people helping other people they do not know.

Way to go Rich, Dave and Scott. I heard about the story from Patty Barney and it is always nice when someone can help out someone in need. It is always good to hear when someone on our team goes the extra mile to do the right thing. How cute are those dogs in goggles?

It’s nice to know that there are still people out there that will help someone in need. Also I am very glad to hear that all involved are fine.
