I really enjoy working for Sundance Vacations. It trully is one of the best places to work in PA. Although, I do agree with Candy on getting our birthday off with pay.

Working at Sundance Vacations has been a pleasure 99.9 % of the time. We have many company incentives that prove to be a great motivator for many employees. I am very proud to be part of a company that could earn such a distinction as being one of the best places to work for in Pennsylvania. It shows me that I made a smart decision coming to work for this company back in 2001 and it reaffirms my decision to continue my employment here at Sundance Vacations. My advice to anyone in the state of Pennsylvania that doesnt work for a top 100 Best Places to work for in Pennsylvania is to call Sundance Vacations and see what they can do for you!

I agree with Jeff. Sundance employees can take advantage of numerous benefits, including medical/dental/eye insurance, 401K plan, paid vacations,office fun days, out-of-the office activites and functions, and employee appreciation and recognition. The only thing that I can suggest to add to the established benifit package is to give all employees thier birthday off with pay! =)

As an employee of Sundance Vacations, I enjoy numerous benefits. We have Employee Appreciation Days, went to a number of sporting events (Penn State football games, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankee baseball games, Pioneer’s indoor football games, Philadelphia Eagles football game, and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Penguins ice hockey games) and the Dorney Park trip, and ice cream! Thank you, John and Tina!
