I also want to congratulate the Sundance Vacation’s customer service team. The team plays an important role in our sales success. They patiently answer a deluge of questions from new customers while offering reassurance about the value of vacationing with Sundance Vacations from nervous new customers. We compiled some of the most interesting customer service stories for our best customer service team submission. This is exciting news! Two nominees: Best Sales Team and Best New Product, WOW!

Sometimes, I think people often throw the word “best” around with out reflecting on the true meaning of the word. I’d like to just ponder on the actual definition for a minute.

BEST- (adjective) better than all others: of the highest quality or standard or the most excellent type

Well, there you have it. I have no doubt that we will be walking away with two Stevie Awards this year.
